Administrative Services Organization (ASO)

ASO’s are an excellent HRO solution for companies that need to improve HR capabilities, manage benefits packages and provide more services to their employees while reducing overall HR costs. ASO’s typically serve small and mid-sized businesses with more than 25 employees.

Employer of Record Responsibilities
In an ASO arrangement, Your Source HR does not formally take on the employer of record responsibilities. Although we provide all of the same governmental reporting tasks, it is done under the Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) of your company, much like a payroll service might do. Your company remains legally responsible for all tax remittances and payroll law compliance.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance
Coverage is provided under your own "stand-alone" policy.
If your company currently has an attractive Workers' Compensation insurance policy in place, an ASO arrangement can help you administer your own policy. An ASO arrangement can also assist you with obtaining your own "stand alone" policy. 

Safety and Risk Management
Coverage provided under your own "stand-alone" policy.

Your Source can assist you with obtaining your own policy and take on an advisory capacity

Health Plans
Coverage provided under your own "stand-alone" policy.
If your company currently has an attractive Health Plan in place, Your Source HR can assist you with administering your plan. Your Source can assist you with obtaining your own "stand alone" health plan. This has the advantage of being portable. 

Employee Benefits
Supplemental benefits offered by policy in client's name. 401K provided by policy in clients name.
Same as "Classic PEO" arrangement.

Human Resources
Multitude of services offered in either “a la carte” or bundled pricing. 
Same as "Classic PEO" arrangement.

Regulatory Compliance
Provided by Your Source. Same as "Classic PEO" arrangement.
